Dough Ball Rounding
The Turkington USA 60½ Conical Rounder offers traditional rounding for premium quality results. The Conical Rounder applies maximum force to the dough piece, tightening the dough structure for consistent, high scoring bread or pizza. This 60 inch radius rounder provides the rounding action best suited for either soft white and variety dough or stiff, low absorption hearth breads and pizza dough.
The Turkington USA In-Line Rounder is designed to accept either one, two or three lanes of dough pieces, which, having been deposited from one or more dividers, are conveyed along a horizontal belt, passing under a series of stationary, diagonally mounted, roller bars.
