Pattern Former and Basket Loader
The Automatic Pattern Former/Basket loader is designed with simplicity, hygiene and flexibility and maintenance in mind. Singular products are conveyed through the machine on a modular plastic belt conveyor and grouped into a batch of products to suit the basket loading requirements. The formed batch of products is then conveyed onto a turntable. When the desired number of product batches has been assembled on the stripper plate a pneumatically operated side plate will operate, the motorized pusher will remain in the front position and the batch will be lightly compressed to maintain formation.
