Electric Pan Stacker and Un-Stacker
The Turkington USA Electric Pan Stacker or Un-Stacker offers quiet gentle automatic pan stacking or un-stacking for bread and bun pans. The machine has padded pan stops, magnets, and lift flights tominimize noise. The pans enter and discharge using a magnetic belt conveyor and are placed or removed from the pan un-stacker with a controlled magnetic lift or lowering system. The stacks are indexed up or down on a padded flight conveyor. The pan stacker has an additional discharge conveyor lift to ensure continuous pan stacking. The pans feed or discharge on conveyors which control pan flow in and out of the machines. Each machine is controlled from a user friendly control station with recipe selection for different pan sizes.
