Tow Tro System
The Turkington USA Tro-Mover automatically moves dough tros, cycling them into fermentation rooms for predetermined amount of time. A "first in, first out" two or three lane tro-mover, multi-tier storage retrieval system for maximum flexibility, and stainless steel room enclosure with A/C package is available. This system is available with trough- to-mixer and trough-to-divider cycles, integrating full automation of the mixing room. In manual mode, an operator may intervene to adjust fermentation time for individual troughs.
